Betsy Bello - Partner, broker of Record

Betsy is our Licensed Real Estate Broker with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Her experience expands from multi unit property management in one of the largest multinational real estate companies in the world and is currently the broker of record for Rhone.

Daniel Cobar - managing Partner

Daniel is our Managing Partner, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Design from Lehigh University, is a Master’s Degree Candidate at Harvard University, and has Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Investment from Harvard. Daniel through his career managed the maintenance of large real estate assets and is in charge of our investor relations and financial analysis.

carmen sanchez - sales associate

Carmen is our Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with extensive experience in the New Jersey Hudson county area. She manages our international clients and investor relations.

Kaze yisrael - staffing specialist

Kaze is our Assistant Property Manager, with years of experience in the property management area of real estate she helps maintain full assistance to under managed and under staffed multiunit properties.

Kathy bello - customer Support

Kathy is our Customer Support Specialist, she earned her Bacherlor’s Degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Kathy is dedicated to providing our clients with the assistance and guidance to find success in their path through real estate as well as helping us reach our dreams to give back to the community.
